The system includes a 32" bore cylinder  that is mounted to a support structure.  Our 54" diameter cable/chain sheave is clevis mounted to the cylinder.  An Anchor (Chain) Stopper Assembly and a Locker (Chain) Stopper Assembly are mounted to the upper and lower side of the support structure and are used to engage and hold the chain under load.  Chain lockers and hing pins have absolutely no load on them in the locked position. 
 
Our efficient design allows easy installation and facilitates on-site maintainence as all of our components are "open" and easily removable.    The Walking Beam Chain Jacking Design Concept can also be used on the installation of SPARS and TLP's.
